Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse range of sophisticated assignments requiring advanced experience, innovation, and judgment in project engineering.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members while demonstrating technical expertise in specialized areas or operational functions.
• Lead large-scope projects from evaluation through design, construction, and performance testing of new and existing facilities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, showcasing project progress and recommendations.
• Anticipate internal and external customer needs, assess requirements, and develop proactive solutions.
• Interpret business challenges to improve products, processes, or services in the natural gas sector.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance, develop improvement plans, and address training needs.
• Champion safety standards, processes, and procedures across all projects.
• Monitor and control project costs and resources to deliver on time and within budget.
• Conduct research on new developments and apply findings to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering field from an accredited institution, OR Bachelor’s in Engineering Technology with Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of multifaceted engineering experience in the natural gas or petrochemical industry.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s in Engineering with seven (7) years progressive experience and PE Certification.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with safety as a top priority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
• Advanced proficiency in multiple engineering specialties.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to work independently or lead teams.
• Preferred: Project Management experience to handle complex initiatives.
