Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with Siemens standards and customer expectations.
• Develop and monitor detailed project schedules, resource allocation, and monitoring plans.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

• Act as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication.
• Manage customer relationships, addressing concerns, and driving satisfaction.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.

Risk & Cost Management

• Conduct risk analysis and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive cost control and budget management, ensuring profitability of projects.
• Monitor KPIs for schedule, cost, and quality compliance.

 Leadership & Coordination

• Mentor and guide project teams, ensuring effective performance and development.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic decisions related to project portfolio.
• Implement best practices in planning, scheduling, and monitoring tools (Primavera/MS Project preferred).

• ·       You hold 7-10 Years of experience.
• ·       You have experience of WHRS based power projects.
• ·       You have good communication skills
