Join our team and play a key role in leading high-impact strategic projects across our network of 20+ factories-projects - From launching new factories and forging strategic partnerships to designing sophisticated production lines and accelerating automation and process innovation.


You’ll make an impact
  • You work closely with senior management to identify and drive the projects that matter most for our growth.
  • You lead global programs and take full ownership of high-impact projects from start to finish, delivering on scope, timelines, and budgets. 
  • You focus on measurable business impact, proactively handle risks, and uphold the highest quality standards. 
  • You align diverse, intercultural teams and external partners to achieve seamless execution. 
  • You deliver one strategic project after another, building expertise and influence across the organization. 
  • You gain deep business insight, expand your network, and position yourself for future leadership roles. 
Your defining qualities

  • You have several years of experience in leading large-scale, factory-related projects, and experience in factory digitalization, logistics, and automation. 
  • You have many years of experience in consulting or similar strategic/operational roles within a manufacturing environment, and a master’s degree. 
  • You have validated international and intercultural project experience, and advanced project management skills, ideally with agile experience, e.g., SAFe. 
  • You have strong leadership, negotiation, and partner management skills and an entrepreneurial mentality with resilience and results orientation. 
  • Experience in building AI agents, applying machine learning models, and leveraging AI-driven analytics for operational excellence is a plus. 
  • Willingness to travel regularly to our global factory sites complete your profile.
