As our new Test Engineer, you will be a pivotal technical expert, driving the successful implementation and sustained maintenance of our testing and manufacturing processes. You will serve as a crucial technical bridge between our global development teams and production, ensuring that our products are optimally testable from their inception. Your primary focus will be on hands-on technical execution and ensuring seamless operational excellence in an international context.

Your Responsibilities:

• Early Integration & Deep Technical Understanding: Proactively integrate your deep technical know-how into the product development lifecycle to continuously enhance the testability of PCB assemblies and end products. You will collaborate closely with global development teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of application functionalities and architectures.
• Development & Specification of Test Concepts: Develop and specify cost-efficient test concepts, strategies, and methodologies within interdisciplinary global product development and manufacturing teams, with a strong emphasis on technical feasibility and practical implementation.
• Technical Feasibility Studies: Plan, oversee, and execute technical feasibility studies in the testing domain to identify innovative solutions and support the successful introduction of new systems.
• Implementation & Maintenance of Equipment: Manage the procurement (including external sourcing) and the successful implementation of manual and automated equipment and specialized systems. Your focus will be on the smooth introduction and subsequent maintenance of these facilities to ensure their long-term functionality and reliability, often in coordination with international stakeholders.
• Execution of Test Concepts: Take ownership of the technical implementation of test concepts, strategies, and methodologies within our manufacturing environment, ensuring alignment with global standards.

Your Profile & Experience:

• Advanced Technical Qualification: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline from a reputable institution.
• Profound Application Expertise: Demonstrated deep understanding of the functionality, technical intricacies, and architectural details of various applications.
• Hands-on Implementation & Maintenance Experience: Solid experience in the successful implementation, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of technical systems and operational equipment.
• Problem-Solving Acumen: Proven ability to independently analyze and resolve complex technical issues, or to collaborate effectively within global and interdisciplinary teams to find innovative and sustainable solutions.
• Excellent English Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for effective collaboration with diverse international and interdisciplinary teams across different time zones.
•  Must have 10 to 12 years’ experience with Bachelor Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.
• Must have worked in PCBA Manufacturing industry with project management experience.
