We are looking for a Project Quality Manager / Quality Champion
A passionate servant leader who can guide teams through Quality Management and Agile/Lean transformation helping build high‑performance teams and a culture of continuous learning.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Championing Quality Management and Agile/Lean principles across projects as a servant leader.
• Enabling high‑performing, self‑organizing teams by blending agile, lean, and quality frameworks.
• Wearing multiple hats as a Quality Champion, Auditor, Process Improvement Specialist, Trainer, Mentor, Consultant, and Coach.
• Collaborating with fellow Quality Champions and Agile Coaches to align best practices and strengthen transformation journeys.
• Representing projects internally and externally on all quality matters.
• Partnering closely with delivery teams to understand product features, participate in Agile/Scrum/SAFe ceremonies, and guide teams on process adherence.
• Monitoring key metrics, analyzing performance indicators, and driving continuous improvements in quality and productivity.
• Coaching Scrum teams through observation, feedback, and hands‑on guidance to foster sustainable improvement.

You’ll win us over by:

• Holding an engineering degree such as BE/ME (Electronics, Computer), or a Master’s in Total Quality Management.
• Bringing 11–14 years of relevant industry experience in quality, process improvement, or agile environments.
• Having strong working knowledge of Lean methodologies (Continuous Improvement, Kanban, VSM, waste identification).
• Being experienced with or certified in SAFe (preferred).
• Possessing exposure to QMS / IMS standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022, ideally as a Certified Lead Auditor.
• Demonstrating hands‑on expertise in SQA, QMS consulting, and internal quality audits.
• Showing a solid understanding of improvement frameworks such as Agile, Six Sigma, TRIZ, data analytics, and RPA.
• Communicating confidently and influencing teams through collaboration and credibility.
