Key Responsibilities at MongoDB

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close a robust sales pipeline targeting Public Sector enterprises
  • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users in government organizations
  • Build strong relationships that create expansion opportunities and long-term partnerships
  • Partner with Solution Architects to deliver compelling technical demonstrations and MongoDB Atlas POCs
  • Collaborate with Professional Services to drive customer success and adoption
  • Work with ecosystem partners and channel partners to maximize deal sizes and revenue
  • Execute territory strategy focused on revenue growth and new customer acquisition
  • Participate in sales enablement including comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, MEDDIC training, and leadership programs
  • Articulate MongoDB's business value for NoSQL databases, cloud-native platforms, and AI workloads

Qualifications & Requirements

To succeed as a Public Sector Enterprise Account Executive at MongoDB, you'll need:

  • 7+ years field experience with focus on Public Sector accounts and quota-carrying sales success
