Role Overview

Choice Hotels is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Public Space Attendant for our managed hotel in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This full-time position (30-40 hours per week) involves maintaining pristine public and back-of-house areas to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

In this vital role, you'll uphold the highest cleanliness standards across front-of-house and back-of-house areas. Maintain service landings and linen closets, collect dirty glassware (tumblers, rocks glasses, coffee mugs) for washing, and return clean items promptly. Keep lobbies, bathrooms, and elevators spotless, report guestroom issues or maintenance needs to supervisors, and perform duties ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

The ideal candidate brings at least one year of hospitality housekeeping experience and a passion for creating beautiful spaces. Key skills include following instructions, effective communication, working independently or in teams, strong attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional guest service.
