As a digital account director, you will coordinate a complex digital operation across several channels – digital media campaigns, CRM, web, social media, SEO – with local and international management. This role ensures the digital operation works smoothly, in a coordinated, organized and well-structured way, while adding value to client´s business by following the performance of the activities.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
You will be in close contact with international and local teams, to have full visibility and control over the activities from all streams, making sure the team doesn´t work in silos and the information runs smoothly across disciplines.
Creative Management
You will act as the main leader of key client initiatives – main campaigns and launches – preparing jointly creative briefs and coordinating the project execution across different channels: media, creativity, content, social media, influencers, CRM.
Client management
You will be in close contact with local clients from the different disciplines (media, CRM, web, social), establishing a trustful relationship. Will act as an extension of client´s teams inside the agency, making sure their priorities and expectations are transmitted to the team and properly executed. Will be able to have a critical POV on the activities in order to propose improvements in all streams. Will participate in several client meetings along the week, both in person and remotely.
International Coordination
You will be the main point of contact for the international team, making sure the central information and priorities are correctly transmitted to the local team. Will coordinate the main campaigns received by the central team, making sure the brand guidelines, messages and priorities are consistent across channels. Will participate in several meetings with central team.
