Overview

 

As a digital account director, you will coordinate a complex digital operation across several channels – digital media campaigns, CRM, web, social media, SEO – with local and international management. This role ensures the digital operation works smoothly, in a coordinated, organized and well-structured way, while adding value to client´s business by following the performance of the activities.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

You will be in close contact with international and local teams, to have full visibility and control over the activities from all streams, making sure the team doesn´t work in silos and the information runs smoothly across disciplines.

  • Coordinate with local project management and media teams on digital campaign briefs, campaign transcreation, production and implementation: display media, online videos, native ads.
  • Supervise the CRM operations, participating on monthly planning meetings, coordinating tasks distributions along the month and making sure the campaigns are delivered in time and with the highest quality possible. Will work with the project management team to revise and present CRM monthly reports.
  • Coordinate the web operations: general updates and recommendations to improve the results.
  • Manage the social media activities, overseeing the editorial plans, making sure the content is aligned with the overall brand strategy.
  • Handle budgetary control of clients and coordination / approval of billing.

 

Creative Management

You will act as the main leader of key client initiatives – main campaigns and launches – preparing jointly creative briefs and coordinating the project execution across different channels: media, creativity, content, social media, influencers, CRM.

 

Client management

You will be in close contact with local clients from the different disciplines (media, CRM, web, social), establishing a trustful relationship. Will act as an extension of client´s teams inside the agency, making sure their priorities and expectations are transmitted to the team and properly executed. Will be able to have a critical POV on the activities in order to propose improvements in all streams. Will participate in several client meetings along the week, both in person and remotely.

 

International Coordination

You will be the main point of contact for the international team, making sure the central information and priorities are correctly transmitted to the local team. Will coordinate the main campaigns received by the central team, making sure the brand guidelines, messages and priorities are consistent across channels. Will participate in several meetings with central team.

 


Qualifications

  • 10-12 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders. Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana is appreciated.
  • Solid understanding of media, CRM, and digital campaign execution.
  • Comfortable navigating complexity, with attention to detail and structured problem-solving.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse teams.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with auto industry is a plus.
  • Have some previous experience working with Agile methodologies.
