• Competitive monitoring / tracking on a daily basis and prepare for monthly presentation
• Daily coordination e.g. artwork follow up, back translation etc.
• Organize meetings, check schedules, send out invites
• Update WIP document weekly
• Job opening, quote & invoice follow up
• Strategy and creative presentation material preparation
• Develop post-mortem reports for completed campaigns
• Reporting & filing

• 1-2 years experienced in professional client relationship management with solid background in advertising, design and/or marketing agency

• Intern experience in an agency environment would be a plus
• Independent, proactive, organized and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of English and Cantonese is a must
• Good command of Microsoft Office
• Fresh Graduates in any discipline with interest and passion to advertising would also be considered as Account Executive
