To manage day to day key account person’s role in the Unit called “Saatchi and Saatchi”. Though unit is called S&S, we handle as other group agencies (Beacon, Publicis other)’s name. The unit has several types of clients like “Visa”, “AXA”, ”UBS” as financial service, “Mondelez” , “Haribo”as confectionary, “Haleon, “Oral-B” as consumer health care, “Cathay” as airline and others. He/She will be assigned to 3-4 small/mid-size clients and will report to Business Director who manages 6-8 clients in the unit. The business director reports to the head of Unit.  The most of work is creative development and production regardless of media format. (i.e. TV, Digital, Social, event,). Needs to work closely with creative team and production team. Depending on the size of client, junior AE to work under him/her.

• Deliver of tasks to deadlines
• Add value to deliverables. (Collaborate with Creative teams.)
• Accuracy of financial process management
• Build good relationship with Client
• Build good relationship with internal team and suppliers.

• Minimum 5-year experience of account for creative within the industry
• Minimum 3-4 project experience including TVC production
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks
• Business level English (TOEC 850-) and native Japanese skill
