ACCOUNT INTERN

We are looking for an Account Intern to join the Saatchi & Saatchi team in Budapest, supporting the delivery of digital solutions for several P&G brands across international markets including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the US. As a Budapest-based team working within Publicis Groupe’s global network, we manage a wide range of digital projects — from digital advertising campaigns and website maintenance to global content planning and toolkit creation.

This internship is ideal for a recent graduate or a student in the final stages of their studies who is eager to learn how a global creative agency operates. You’ll gain hands-on experience in day-to-day account operations, work closely with multiple internal teams, and contribute to real client deliveries in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you’ll do

• Support the account team in managing client accounts, ensuring tasks are delivered accurately and on time
• Brief creative teams and copywriters on the creation of various digital assets
• Assist with the delivery of eCommerce assets (as a top priority) and other digital materials for P&G brands
• Support the deployment of eCRM campaigns across multiple EU markets
• Help compile, organize, and maintain global digital toolkits and content libraries
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and collect feedback under the guidance of the line manager
• Execute administrative and organizational tasks to support smooth account operations
• Collect data, prepare basic reports, and help identify patterns or insights
• Support updates, content changes, and maintenance of P&G websites
• Assist with other P&G brand deliveries when needed, backing up team members across projects
• Build an understanding of internal workflows, structures, and collaboration across creative, content, and production teams

What we are looking for

• Recently graduated or currently in the final stages of academic studies
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Google Docs, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic image or PDF tools
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Interest in digital marketing, advertising, or communications
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work, including repetitive tasks
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within an agency environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a supportive, team-oriented mindset
• Flexible, reliable, and positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
