ACCOUNT MANAGER

We are looking for an Account Manager to drive digital and eCommerce projects across multiple markets. You’ll coordinate web and content production, manage timelines, and act as a key link between clients and delivery teams. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational agency environment.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate eCommerce and web content production, including localization and adaptation for multiple markets, based on client briefs and guidelines
• Oversee, track, and clearly communicate production timelines and deliverables
• Support short-term and long-term team planning and workload coordination
• Participate in analyzing existing content and contributing to future content recommendations
• Collect, manage, and ensure accurate implementation of client feedback
• Support cost tracking, billing, and administrative processes related to projects
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, as well as internal client service and delivery teams
• Use project and collaboration tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com, MIRO, Figma, and similar platforms
• Work effectively within a multinational, multicultural environment

What we are looking for

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, digital production, or client service (agency experience is an advantage)
• Fluent English (written & spoken), with strong communication skills
• Solid understanding of eCommerce and digital content production processes
• Confident user of Excel; experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com) is a plus
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within teams
• Strong alignment with established processes, standards, and ways of working
• Flexible mindset, able to adapt working style to different clients and cross-functional teams
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, solution-focused attitude with the ability to handle challenges diplomatically
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and iterative environment
