Starcom Australia has an exciting opportunity for a collaborative Account Manager to lead two dynamic clients - one of Australia’s most iconic tourism brands and a global gaming leader. This is your chance to own your work and make an impact on campaigns that inspire and engage.
Client service is at the heart of this role. You’ll be the go-to partner for your clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service every step of the way. From crafting detailed media plans to managing budgets and reporting, you’ll ensure campaigns run seamlessly across TV, Display, OOH, digital, partnerships, and more.
This is a pivotal role within our team, where you will use your impeccable attention to detail to craft media plans and recommendations with a full-funnel and integrated approach. You’ll work within a collaborative agency village that consistently delivers award-winning, market-leading campaigns. You’ll partner closely with craft teams to deliver best-in-class work across implementation and reporting and be a reliable and trusted partner to your clients, acting as their go-to agency partner.
Alongside the Business Director, you’ll also develop your leadership skills by supporting an Account Executive and Coordinato. all while contributing to Starcom’s culture of creativity and growth.
