Account Manager – QSR
Location: Fallon Minneapolis
Hybrid: In-office Tuesday–Thursday
At Fallon, Account Managers are the heartbeat of the brand team — curious, creative-minded organizers who turn big ideas into flawless execution. You’ll keep the work moving forward — on time, on budget, and always on brand — while partnering closely with strategy, creative, and production to bring bold, culture-driving campaigns to life.
You’re the detail-keeper, dot-connector, and calm in the chaos. One moment you’re reviewing timelines and legal clearances, the next you’re helping shape the brand’s POV or running a client meeting solo.
We’re looking for someone with 1–3 years of agency experience who thrives on collaboration, takes initiative, and sweats the details. QSR experience is a plus, but not required — what matters most is your hunger to learn, lead, and grow.

Compensation Range: $59,850- $82,740 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
