Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Account Supervisor – Social to join our agency team on a 7-month contract, supporting a financial services client. This role is ideal for a social-first account leader who understands how to build always-on social programs within regulated environments.

You’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day social efforts—from planning and content development through publishing and performance analysis—while serving as a trusted client partner and internal team lead.


Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary day-to-day client contact for organic and paid social initiatives
  • Lead always-on and campaign-based social programs across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook)
  • Partner with strategy and creative teams to develop compelling, platform-native content aligned to brand and business goals
  • Manage timelines, scopes, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution
  • Navigate financial services legal and compliance review processes with precision and efficiency
  • Review and approve social copy, creative, and content calendars for quality, accuracy, and brand/regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate with community management teams to ensure consistent tone, messaging, and escalation protocols
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting, helping translate organic performance into clear insights and recommendations
  • Proactively identify content opportunities, trends, and optimizations within the social landscape

Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of experience in a social first agency or similar environment, with a strong focus on organic social media and exposure to paid social.
  • Deep understanding of organic social platforms, content best practices, and community dynamics
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced agency setting
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client-management skills
  • High attention to detail, especially related to compliance, approvals, and accuracy
  • Experience collaborating closely with creative teams and providing constructive feedback

Additional information

Salary 
 
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $85,000 - CAD $95,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
