We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team at Publicis Groupe. In this role, you’ll support the full spectrum of accounting activities — from month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting to assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with corporate and statutory requirements.

As an Accountant or Senior Finance Executive, you will support in media finance operations, including but not limited to:

• On-boarding of new suppliers and clients
• Jobs monitoring, analysis and closing
• Month-end closing process
• Issue/check billing instructions to shared service team and ensure 100% billing completion before end of following month of activity
• Revenue recognition and reconciliation of WIP account. Review completeness and accuracy once posted in ERP System
• Resolve/respond to client billing queries
• Resolve issues in supplier invoices in co-ordination with Media/Operations team
• Work closely with respective teams on issue resolutions
• Regular WIP meeting with Stakeholders
• Accounts Payable responsibilities

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with at least a Diploma in Finance/Accounting or qualified professional certification
• Prior hands-on experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivables/Billing operations for media industry an advantage, but not mandatory as training would be provided
• Strong in numbers and intermediate in Microsoft Excel (such as pivot table and v-lookup)
• Analytical, meticulous with a positive attitude to learn fast and work hard
• Good team player and able to work with minimal supervision
