Overview

Starcom is looking for an enthusiastic Ad Operations Specialist to manage the ad operations and the digital creatives readiness for a leading multinational account across various markets!

The role requires knowledge of ad serving platforms and management of digital creative assets executed through digital marketing platforms – Google Ads, META and TikTok.

Responsibilities

  • Manage creative assets for digital marketing platforms, in collaboration with creative agencies.
  • Ensure that digital creatives meet the required specifications and delivery deadlines.
  • Create taxonomies, based on campaigns and respective digital creative assets.
  • Set up and manage digital campaigns on ad serving platforms.
  • Assist reconcile media budgets and platform invoices.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Ad Serving Platforms, preferably Flash Talking
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, META, and TikTok, with hands-on experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, combined with adaptability to agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent command of English and strong digital literacy.
  • Proactive “can-do” mentality, demonstrating ownership and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of tasks.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting metrics and deriving actionable insights.
