As a social-first, Art Director, you will work to understand our client’s objectives, help shape the creative approach and work with the design team in overseeing the creative vision and execution of projects.

• Collaborate closely with copywriters to develop compelling, on-brand creative concepts
• Lead the visual execution of advertising across digital, social, and broadcast media.
• Oversee and guide designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creatives to ensure high-quality output
• Present creative ideas and campaign concepts to internal teams and clients
• Ensure all visual elements align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
• Stay current on design trends, advertising techniques, and industry best practices
• Provide feedback and mentorship to junior creatives within the team

Compensation Range: $66,120 - $87,000 per year . This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
