Job Responsibilities:
Help lead teams in the development and execution of everything from large-scale, multi-channel campaigns to small, one-time projects.
Understand the value of strategic insights, experiences and storytelling to create and sell your ideas.
Direct teams in execution with an appreciation and understanding of craft of both art direction and copywriting.
Partner with agency capabilities including strategy, media, DnA and tech to help inform the work.
Build relationships internally and externally.
Required:
Four-year degree and at least six years at a competitive creative agency. Work should include strong brand-building, digital and multimedia experience, and a track record of successful creative work, along with experience working on cross-channel campaigns.
Proven experience contributing to campaigns and creative work recognized by industry organizations.
Demonstrated ability to develop ideas that generate earned media and cultural impact.
Energy, a sense of humor, and an open and curious mind — yes, these things really do matter. So does being straightforward, candid and, above all, respectful — of the work and your peers.
Awards are a nice bonus, but original breakthrough ideas and real creative problem-solving are even better.
Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.
