We are seeking a detail-oriented and ambitious junior level Audience Data Analyst to join our Melbourne team and work on our market-leading, award-winning Zenith Imagine Panel audience activation offering, powered by Lotame Spherical.
This exciting and unique role reports into the Director of Data & Audience Activation and supports both agency-facing engagement and data infrastructure management. You’ll play a key role in transforming complex audience datasets into actionable insights that drive smarter media strategies. From onboarding data to building audience segments and supporting campaign activation, you’ll help ensure optimal performance and deliver clear, insight-driven recommendations to internal teams and clients.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on complex challenges and enjoys being a trusted and insightful partner to internal teams, stakeholders, and clients. You’ll help shape how data drives media strategy, working with cross functional teams, and collaborating with multiple Publicis Groupe agencies as this product scales.
With the support of your Director, you’ll assist with managing client briefs, providing detailed responses, building lookalike audiences, onboarding lookalike audiences to activation platforms, and help teams plan test activity. Importantly, you’ll be a valued member of a diverse and talented agency that supports your on-going growth and career development as you take an exciting step in your early career.
