Overview

Who You Are

  • 3-5 years of experience in campaigns execution on marketing automation & CRM platforms.
  • SFMC experience/expertise is a must-have.
  • Having Knowledge of other platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, and Adobe) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in campaign performance optimization
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, decision making, organizational, and time management skills with an emphasis on high attention to detail.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to understand business requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.

 

Mandatory Skills

  • Email Marketing and marketing automation Experience
  • An in-depth understanding of all relevant SFMC modules including Email Studio, Web Studio, Analytics Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder.
  • Gathering campaign requirements, timelines and finalizing briefing
  • Coordinate with cross functional team to drive email development.
  • Managing the creative process if required
  • Analyse provided html assets and revise where necessary.
  • Campaign configuration
  • Audience creation, DE management, and data troubleshooting
  • Quality Assurance and testing of campaign.
  • Campaign performance tracking & reporting
  • Relational database concepts, with exposure to SQL query development
  • Knowledge AMP Script
  • HTML and CSS exposure
  • Knowledge on Landing page Development
  • Basic knowledge on REST & SOAP API will be a plus.
