Overview

We are looking for a Client Coordinator to join our team!

 

This role is all about getting hands-on across all areas of media and supporting a high-performing team to deliver great work. As a Coordinator, you’ll take on important admin and campaign delivery tasks that keep everything running smoothly. You’ll work closely with your Account Executive and the wider team, gaining exposure to digital, social, outdoor, TV, radio and more — making this one of the rare entry-level roles where you get to learn across both online and offline channels from day one. 

 

What key accountabilities does this role have?

 

Your days will be varied and fast-paced. You’ll help pull together campaign specs, liaise with creative agencies and media owners, and make sure ads run exactly as planned. You’ll support the team with monitoring how campaigns are performing, gathering evidence of delivery, and keeping budgets and invoicing on track.

You might even work directly with media partners on certain campaigns, giving you early exposure to industry relationships. Most importantly, you’ll be a safe pair of hands who helps the team deliver smooth, accurate and effective work for our clients. 

 

What are the keys requirements and experience for this role?

 

We’re looking for someone organised, curious and eager to learn. You don’t need years of experience — just great attention to detail, confidence using Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and an interest in how media works. A degree or relevant study is a bonus, and any internship or part-time experience in marketing, media or communications is helpful (but not essential).
