As a Client Director you are main responsible for your clients and a leader for the assigned client team ensuring that you together drive profitability as well as client satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact and strategic advisor for your clients and through your deep knowledge of their business as well as Publicis capabilities you’ll help both clients and Publicis business grow. As a Client Director you are leading the client teams and the work carried out on behalf of the client ensuring that the team has the best possible conditions to do a good job.

• Client Satisfaction: Responsible for your client portfolio and serve as the main contact for our clients developing the client relationship.
• Employee Satisfaction: Lead your client teams and ensure that your team has the best conditions to do a good job (brief well, build understanding of client’s business, challenges and goals, ensure sufficient time, set client expectations).
• Profitability: Actively working with morebiz, newbiz and efficiency improvements.
• Strategic leadership: Responsible for annual strategies and development of test & learn agendas.
• Responsible for the follow-up, control, and structure of the entire team towards the client, to work smarter and maximize revenue.
• Responsible for client's contracts, processes, guidelines, taxonomy, billing management, etc.
• Responsible for client’s Audits and Cost commits, ensure that actionable strategies are implemented to meet requirements.

• 5-10 years working experience from the media and communications industry or equivalent.
• Track record from successfully leading and building strong relationships with clients to develop and grow their business.
• Possess a commercial mindset and thrive on understanding client’s businesses and is skilled at figuring out how to deliver growth for clients.
• Is a skilled self-leader with the ability to successfully lead and support cross disciplined team. Values collaboration and has a collective mindset and enjoy communicating with and motivating people to build high-performing teams.
• Has a solid knowledge of media, digital development, performance, data, technology and creativity.
• Is passionate about strategy and storytelling and is confident and experienced in leading the client's strategic planning process based on their business objectives and translating them into clear, comprehensive communication and media recommendations.
• Has excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Is curious, embrace change and foster a culture of learning and constant development and has the ability to come up with new, innovating thinking.
• Is well organized and perform in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and with tight deadlines.
• Communicates clearly and is fluent in both Swedish and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, native user of project management tools is meritorious.
• It is valuable if you have experience working with Nordic and/or global clients and are familiar with the type of inquiries and tasks this entails.
