Overview

We’re searching for a Copy Supervisor who will be responsible for the conception and execution of innovative written, visual materials for integrated, cross channel initiatives including: large web initiatives, online advertising and digital marketing. Individuals should possess strong conceptual and copy skills and enthusiasm around elevating the brand’s positioning and educating audiences through the creative.


Responsibilities

Tasks and responsibilities include: 

  • Partner with art directors, planning account and other cross-funcitonal agency teams to provide creative, strategically sound solutions for client, in-house and new business needs
  • Able to confidently own simultaneous projects, beginning to end, within multiple workstreams
  • Write and reference promotional material without supervision – this role will have access to great creative managers and mentors, however a proven self-starter approach to work is a requirement!
  • Constantly look for new, compelling copy presentation
  • Clearly communicate information and direction to other writers as well as suppliers, freelancers, and editorial staff.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Present work in an organized and interesting manner
  • You know the goals of every program that you work on and communicate those goals to the team consistently 
  • You understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations relevant to your audiences 

Qualifications

To qualify, you’ll need:  

  • Four year degree  
  • 6-8 years’ experience 
  • Creative agency experience, a requirement; pharma agency, a plus
  • Experience working on large, AOR / keystone accounts
  • Pharma and/or other regulatory brand experience, a huge plus!
  • Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles 
  • Strong experience on large cross-channel and/or direct marketing initiatives across mediums 
  • A people-first approach to both work and culture
  • Experience with online and offline media preferred 
  • You are open to travel as needed

Compensation Range: $79,990.00 - $125,925.00 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
