• Contribute and collaborate cross-functionally on idea generation, design and proposal of new and enhanced data insights; 
• Apply machine learning techniques to solve real-world business challenges.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses.
• Work with large-scale datasets and ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
• Develop queries and pipelines for data processing and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
• Build, deploy, and optimize scalable solutions on AWS and Databricks.

• Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL (mandatory).
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and model deployment.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing design and analysis.
• Knowledge of big data frameworks and distributed systems.
• Experience working with AWS cloud services and Databricks.
• English level: B2 or higher.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
