If you are a performance-focused digital marketer who loves driving results, shaping strategy and leading a talented team, this is your next big move. Zenith is looking for a Digital Performance Manager to step into a key role that blends hands-on digital activation, team leadership and genuine client partnership across some of Australia’s most exciting brands.
As our Performance Manager, you will lead the planning, negotiation, activation and optimisation of digital media activity across search, social and programmatic. You will guide and develop Digital Executives & Coordinators, ensuring smooth delivery, strong performance and a high standard of client service.
You will also work closely with our Digital Director and the broader activation team to elevate processes, improve performance outcomes and champion best practice. With a strong focus on lower funnel activity, reporting and data insights, you will help our clients understand what is happening in-platform and how to continue improving.
This role offers meaningful flexibility, opportunities to learn future-facing tools including AI and analytics, and the chance to work on brands that are genuinely pushing the boundaries of digital.
