Description:
As a Digital Executive, you will be responsible for communicating with agency and vendor teams. which includes (but is not limited to) coordinating on media brief with the vendors, campaign reporting and liaising with finance team for projection/purchasing order and provide value base services unit which offers cost benefit to the main agencies i.e. Starcom/Zenith/Spark Foundry. We are seeking individuals with a high-level of engagement and be able to work in a collaborative creative environment is preferred. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of the local media landscape, as well as the planning & buying process, but is eager to develop this further through exposure to multiple Agencies and Clients. Experience in all media channels is preferred (ie. TV, OOH, Digital etc.), but a solid grounding in Digital media is a must.
The ideal candidate will also be curious, hardworking, and have a good eye for detail and accuracy. You will need to work closely with both our Agency teams, and our external partners, to execute seamlessly on all aspects of campaign management, as well as developing a keen understanding of the strategic demands and requirements of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Working closely with agencies under Publicis Groupe Malaysia and vendor teams
• Coordinating on media briefing from our business teams with regional teams as well as APEX partners
• Creating a digital schedule for the agencies under Publicis Groupe Malaysia
• Creating booking orders to the vendors
• Creating report for campaigns (Interim/EOC)
• Maintain monthly activity tracker
• Develop close working relationship with Agency teams to become a seamless extension of their planning and buying process
• Effectively communicate strategic rationale to support our APEX partners during the planning process
• Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, and all relevant campaign
documentation in preparation for campaign launch
• Work closely with APEX partners to ensure accurate and timely campaign implementation and launch
• Provide regular insights and reports to the Agency teams detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities
• Maintain monthly activity tracker and report it back to the APEX lead
• Meet regularly with APEX partners to understand their solutions and identify new opportunities amongst our clients
• Provide regular tracking and updates to PMX Lead on the status of all campaigns, including pipeline
• Develop, grow, and maintain relationships through exceptional client service
Minimum Qualifications and Competencies:
• Bachelors Degree
• 1+ years in either Agency or Vendor roles
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Possess knowledge of digital terminology & media operations
• Attention to detail
• Process driven

• Be proficient in the use of Powerpoint and Excel spreadsheets with the ability to write and
understand basic formulae
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
• Be confident working with numbers and analyzing data
• Highly organized and capable of working independently as well as operating as part of a team
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Our employee benefits package comprises the following:
50,000 - 90,000 USD / yearly
