Own strategic direction and cross-functional impact – The Director of Client Integration sets the vision for integration functions, aligning departmental efforts with long-term business goals and platform strategy. This role represents integration in executive forums, drives enterprise-level initiatives, and ensures scalable execution across onboarding, campaign delivery, and optimization.

Champion innovation, elevate delivery – The Director sponsors high-impact programs that improve throughput, client satisfaction, and platform scalability. This role resolves systemic blockers, drives automation and process improvement, and ensures delivery momentum across cross-functional teams and strategic workstreams.

Lead visibly, develop organizational strength – This is a hands-on leadership role with broad influence. The Director owns staffing plans, succession strategies, and performance frameworks across integration functions. This role inspires team growth through mentorship and strategic goal setting, while advising senior stakeholders on operational strategy, tooling, and organizational impact.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Managers and ICs; ensure delivery quality, talent growth, and succession readiness
  • Represent integration in executive forums; align departmental efforts with long-term business and platform goals
  • Sponsor strategic initiatives that drive innovation, automation, onboarding throughput, and client satisfaction
  • Lead execution of high-impact programs; ensure documentation, ownership, and delivery momentum across workstreams
  • Develop staffing plans, succession strategies, and performance frameworks across functions
  • Resolve escalations with cross-org impact; maintain delivery accountability across teams
  • Advise senior stakeholders on operational strategy, tooling, and organizational impact
  • Communicate risks, outcomes, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership; influence decision-making through data and insight
  • Continuously improve processes to maximize scalability, efficiency, and organizational impact

 

 

Who You Are

  • Proven success leading large-scale initiatives with strategic and operational accountability
  • Skilled communicator with executive presence and ability to influence cross-functional alignment
  • Strong business acumen with deep technical fluency across web technologies, SQL, and scripting
  • Demonstrated ability to architect scalable solutions through automation and innovation
  • Deep experience in AdTech/MarTech ecosystems and enterprise consulting
  • Prior consulting experience with a focus on transformation and enterprise impact
  • Experience and Education
    • 15+ years of experience in a technical role
    • 10+ years leadership experience, including managing managers
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing technology
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience

Base Salary: $124,325-$223,875

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
