Director/Senior Manager, Product – Agentic AI

We’re looking for a Director/Senior Manager of Product to lead the development of our Agentic AI product suite. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, data, and enterprise solutions, shaping products that enable exponential business outcomes.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and sales, to define and execute the product vision and roadmap. Your expertise in AI/ML, software engineering, and Agile methodologies will be instrumental in building a robust product ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Define & Drive Product Vision – Contribute to the overall strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
• Own the Product Lifecycle – From ideation to launch and iteration, manage the end-to-end development of AI-driven enterprise solutions.
• Be the Voice of the User – Leverage user research, analytics, and feedback to refine and enhance product capabilities.
• Prioritize for Impact – Use data-driven insights to maintain a well-structured backlog, focusing on business value and customer experience.
• Facilitate Cross-Team Collaboration – Act as the bridge between engineering, design, and business teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve – Monitor AI and industry trends, ensuring our products remain innovative and competitive.
• Champion Agile & Best Practices – Drive Agile development methodologies, fostering a culture of rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
• Measure Success – Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product effectiveness and drive optimizations.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Product Lead, Product Owner, or similar role in a fast-paced tech environment, ideally within AI, data, or software development.
• Strong technical understanding of AI/ML, data pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), APIs, and big data technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, etc.).
• Hands-on experience working with SQL, BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), and data governance (GDPR, CCPA).
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with a strong ability to drive execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Hands-on software engineering experience.
• Familiarity with MLOps, Feature Stores, Model Monitoring, and DevOps practices (CI/CD).
• Experience in data monetization strategies (Data-as-a-Service, API-based models).
• Background in AI/ML, statistics, or data science.
