How You’ll Make an Impact
As a Director, Sales for Epsilon Retail Media, you will be a key driver of growth, with a focus on helping leading retailers maximize the value of their data through offsite retail media. Your primary responsibility will be to grow adoption of Epsilon Retail Media’s offsite media solutions—leveraging retail audiences across the open web—while also representing our full retail media product suite. You will identify new business opportunities, deepen relationships with retailer and marketplaces, and act as a trusted advisor who helps clients deliver measurable sales outcomes.
Your work will position Epsilon Retail Media as the go-to partner for retailers and advertisers who want to connect with their customers in privacy-safe, measurable ways across the full shopper journey. Your strategic selling approach, consultative mindset, and ability to collaborate with internal product and account teams will directly accelerate revenue growth and strengthen Epsilon’s leadership position in the retail media ecosystem.

What You’ll Achieve

As Director, Sales you will:

  • Drive Offsite Retail Media Growth: Lead new business development efforts with retailers to expand adoption of Epsilon’s offsite retail media solutions across display, video, social, and CTV.
  • Represent the Full Product Suite: Position Epsilon Retail Media’s holistic offering— ensuring clients understand how Epsilon can power the entire retail media value chain.
  • Deliver Consultative Solutions: Uncover client business challenges and design tailored media and data strategies that drive incremental sales, improve media efficiency, and prove ROI.
  • Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals by managing multiple enterprise deals through a complex sales cycle, from prospecting to contract close.
  • Build Market Presence: Represent Epsilon at industry events, roundtables, and conferences, positioning the company as a thought leader in retail media and commerce media.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with product, marketing, and client success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, campaign execution, and long-term account growth.

Who You Are

  • What you’ll bring with you:
    • Sales Leadership & Territory Management: Experience driving growth across a defined territory or vertical, building and managing a healthy pipeline, and closing high-value enterprise deals.
    • Proven Revenue Generation: A strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding multimillion-dollar revenue goals, particularly in digital media or retail media.
    • Retail Media & Ad Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of retail media networks, programmatic advertising, offsite activation, data monetization, and attribution methodologies.
    • Consultative Approach: Ability to uncover client needs, translate them into actionable media solutions, and present ROI-driven recommendations to senior decision-makers.
    • Enterprise Negotiation Skills: Skilled at navigating complex deal structures and legal reviews, driving contracts to favourable outcomes.
    • Market Intelligence: Keen awareness of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving privacy regulations to inform client conversations and sales strategy.
  • Why You Might Stand Out:
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
    • Experience: 10+ years in enterprise sales roles, ideally within ad tech, digital media, or commerce media, with substantial experience in offsite media activation.
    • Strong Network: Established relationships with retailers, agencies, brands and retail media leaders.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Salesforce, CRM systems, programmatic platforms, and analytics tools to manage pipeline and track performance.
    • Thought Leadership: Demonstrated ability to speak at industry events or contribute to the retail media conversation through insights, POVs, and best practices
