Finance, Billing & Marketplace Operations (Primary Focus)

• Maintain accurate records of received invoices and support follow-ups to ensure timely payment processing in line with internal timelines.
• Raise and manage marketplace wallet top-ups (Shopee and Lazada) based on approved budgets and client requests.
• Adhere to internal and external billing processes, including:
  • Raising media flights
  • Creating billing and payment schedules
  • Updating and maintaining systems such as Starscape
• Monitor and track marketplace wallet balances on an ongoing basis and proactively flag any discrepancies, risks, or issues.
• Support invoice reconciliation and PO mapping, ensuring alignment between actual spend, approved budgets, and billing documentation.
• Coordinate with internal finance, planning, and media teams to facilitate smooth and timely billing and payment processing.
• Maintain and update billing trackers, wallet balance logs, and spend summaries across platforms with a high level of accuracy and consistency.

Paid Ads & Campaign Support (Backup / Secondary Responsibility)

• Act as backup support for Shopee and Lazada paid advertising campaigns under the guidance of the core media team.
• Assist with basic campaign operational tasks when required, including:
  • Verifying campaign live status and delivery
  • Updating budgets and campaign settings
  • Uploading keywords or creatives as instructed
• Monitor campaign spend and delivery during coverage periods and escalate any issues to the assigned media owner promptly.
