Obowiązki

  • Deliver customer service on a variety of topics across the entire customer journey via web/chat, phone, and email, with a goal of building lasting relationships with consumers and customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing fast, creative solutions.
  • Share real-time customer feedback with other team members and leaders to continuously improve the customer experience and product offerings.
  • Develop and use reporting and analytical tools to support management decision-making.
  • Track and reconcile customer payments in close collaboration with accounting specialists.
  • Manage customer account set-up and onboarding in partnership with the sales team.
  • Proactively engage customers to drive adoption and utilization of products and services in close collaboration with the sales organization and product specialists.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and act as a brand advocate.
  • Perform other customer experience-related duties as assigned.
  • Hybrid working model - 3 days working from the office per week. 

Kwalifikacje

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • digital platforms and ERP systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SAP). 
    Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive with excellent communication and analytical skills.
