Want to explore how agencies win new business, create influencer campaigns, and shape media investments, even if you’ve never worked in advertising before?
Join the Global Practice at Publicis Groupe UK for a 10-week internship that gives you a 360° view of how our industry works behind the scenes.
This is where commercial thinking meets creativity and where you’ll learn how brands grow.
You’ll experience three Global Practice routes - Business Development, Influence, and Investment — working on live projects and supporting teams across the Groupe.
Support pitch development, research, and new-business preparation
Help create proposals, presentations, and client-facing documents
Conduct market, audience, and competitor research
Assist teams in shaping strategic responses to briefs
Support influencer and creator-led campaign planning
Research creators, trends, and audience insights
Assist with campaign delivery and creator outreach
Help develop ideas that connect brands with culture
Gain exposure to how media campaigns are planned and bought
Assist with media-buying tasks and tracking placements
Support budget tracking and performance reporting
Learn how investment decisions are made across channels
Collaborate with your intern cohort on a real business challenge
Develop and present your final project to stakeholders
Gain 360° exposure across business development, influence, and media investment
Work on live projects that contribute real value to the business
Learn from experienced professionals through hands-on support and mentoring
Build commercial, strategic, and creative skills in a global agency environment
