Position Objective:

• Successful operation in the Ukraine SSC.
• Efficient Streamlining of process according to Groupe Global best practices
• Compliance with the Groupe's policies and the agreed SLAs.
• Build enduring relationships with the Agencies in order to establish our Global Engagement model, improve user experience and deliver excellence and partnership to the Agencies.

• Reach yearly financial objectives and monitor and continually improve processes within Publicis Re:Sources.

• Build and maintain strong SSC in Ukraine, by onboarding new processes in seamless way. Continue monitoring SSC performance by KPI tracking and quality review meetings with main stakeholders.

• Contribute to the strategic direction of the company’s businesses

• Implement the highest level of internal control and compliance by identifying all potential single points of failure in order to eliminate, mitigate or accept in accordance business risk management framework

• Improve the overall internal and external communication capabilities of Publicis Re:Sources.

• Management and motivation of a large team demonstrated by the retention of key staff and development of a strong and satisfied ethic as the team evolves.

• Attract, develop and retain the right talent for the right job, establish and nurture the One Re:Sources Culture of Creativity and Innovation

• At least a University Degree in Finance or Accounting, Business Studies or Economics
• Strong financial experience background.
• Change management & business transformation. Experience with integration new processes or organisation in SSCs
• People management: Experience with manage and motivate large teams
• Strong financial experience background. This is a must.
• Worked and later managed for a minimum of 5 years, a fully-fledged accounting/ finance departments especially functions like: Accounting, GL, AP, AR, Treasury
• “Hands-on" mind-set, strong operational and analytical skills
• Experience with re-engineering/ restructuring of processes.
• Confident in handling ambiguity (large organization, matrix, many entities)
• Natural strategist, planner and capable of big picture
• Experience in the latest technologies like Robotics, straight through processing, KPI dashboards
• Familiar with SSC market to understand trends, opportunities or threats.
• Familiarity with change management process and Implementation
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
• Ability to put and successfully manage strategies
