Overview

The HR Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role focuses on accuracy, organization, and timely execution of HR processes to create a positive employee experience.


Responsibilities

  • Working with the HR Generalist to manage onboarding logistics, including contracts and HR orientation sessions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and physical/electronic files.
  • Support recruitment process by ensuring updated team status documents with details by partnering with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Administer freelancer process (approvals, contracts, vendor setup, invoicing).
  • Assist with compliance training tracking
  • As needed, Organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Provide administrative support for performance review programs.
  • Assist with other projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in HR or office administration.
  • Post-secondary education in HR or related field.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary 
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is CAD $45K - $50K per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
