INTEGRATED PRODUCER

We are looking for a highly motivated Integrated Producer to lead the end-to-end digital production pipeline for a global client, delivering excellence across always-on content, advertising campaigns, localized adaptations, experiential assets, and social touchpoints. This role plays a key part in operationalizing global creative assets into local markets while ensuring brand governance, technical quality, on-time delivery, and cost control.

In this role, you will act as the central orchestrator between the client, regional teams, studios, and post-production partners. You’ll translate creative and strategic ambition into executable production plans, align cross-functional teams across multiple markets, and provide decisive leadership throughout complex workflows.

This position requires a strong mix of production expertise, operational rigor, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking — ideal for someone who enjoys owning complex digital production ecosystems end-to-end and delivering high-quality outcomes at scale.

What you’ll do

• Lead the end-to-end digital production pipeline across always-on content, campaigns, localized adaptations, experiential assets, and social touchpoints
• Translate creative and strategic direction into clear production plans, scopes, timelines, and cost estimates
• Manage multi-country, multi-language adaptation production while ensuring brand consistency and technical quality
• Operationalize global creative assets into local markets, ensuring compliance with brand, legal, platform, and regional requirements
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the client, ensuring proactive communication and strong relationship management
• Coordinate regional teams, studios, and post-production partners across complex, multi-market workflows
• Oversee delivery including versioning, localization, rapid edit cycles, and high-cadence production sprints
• Manage budgets, SOWs, scopes, and reconciliations while safeguarding margins
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiencies across production workflows
• Oversee the full post-production lifecycle, ensuring all final masters meet platform, brand, regulatory, and quality standards

What we are looking for

• 6+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager within an agency or production environment
• Strong experience managing complex, multi-market and multi-language production workflows
• Solid understanding of digital, social, and video production, including post-production processes
• Proven ability to translate creative ideas into structured production plans, budgets, and timelines
• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable acting as a primary client contact
• Strong financial and operational skills, with hands-on experience managing scopes and budgets
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Natural collaborator and leader who can align and inspire cross-functional teams
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
