Boomerang Agency creates bold and playful content, from social media posts to TV commercials, with the motto “nothing is impossible.” Daily internet news plays an important role at Boomerang, and we believe teamwork goes further than going solo. Job Description

Boomerang FT. is looking for someone who is the spider in a web. Are you normally the person who comes up with a clear plan? Do you like managing several projects at once? Is Excel one of your native languages? We need someone to help us managing several projects within Boomerang FT., setting up plannings and making sure everyone involved is aware of the deadlines and the work that has to be done for clients.

What do we want?

Our ideal candidate has a passion for planning and loves to make sure there is structure in each project. Furthermore, this candidate feels the responsibility to make sure the project is executed properly

Day-to-day tasks include

• Creating plannings for the projects that we run at Boomerang FT.
• Using planning tools to assign people to different task
• Support Project Management team on a daily basis
• Check-in with teams about deadlines with support of Project Manager
• Helping improve overall internal processes & external processes

What are you bringing?

• Knowledge and passion for planning
• Great understanding of Excel
• Experience with planning tools (Airtable & Teamleader are a plus)
• Not afraid to speak your mind
• Strong proactiveness
