Boomerang is looking for a creative intern who’s ready to dive starting of 2026.
Are you someone who loves coming up with ideas, always has an eye on what’s happening online, and wants to learn by doing? Then you might just be the person we’re looking for.

 

This internship is available from February 2026 onwards, and it is all about doing: from coming up with ideas for real brand campaigns to helping out on shoots and everything in between. You don’t need to be an editing expert or camera whiz, what matters most is that you’re eager, hands-on, and excited to be part of the process.


Responsibilities

What will you do?

  • Help the creative team with brainstorms, ideas, and presentation decks;
  • Join the team on set and help out during shoots;
  • Keep an eye on trends and online culture;
  • Pitch in wherever needed: from shooting content on the spot to grabbing trending props.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

We’re not expecting a full skill set, just someone who:

  • Speaks and writes fluently in Dutch and English (so you can keep up with all the jokes and memes 😉)
  • Knows social media like the back of their hand. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, you name it
  • Keeps up with the latest trends and online culture (you basically live on the internet)
  • Is familiar with the most popular creators and rising stars
  • Loves coming up with fun ideas
  • Curious and eager to learn, whether it’s editing, filming, or design
  • Bonus points if you’re creating or sharing content on social yourself, we love a social-first mindset
