Our For Better impact program is booming! Not just because it’s morally right, but because businesses that do good, perform better. In this role, you’ll learn how collaboration and an entrepreneurial mindset can inspire new agency propositions, attract impact-driven business, values-aligned clients, and have a front row seat to the ‘awe’ inspiring positive change already happening all around us

At our Amsterdam-Noord office on Wilgenweg, you’ll find all our expertise under one roof: commerce, data, media, creative, PR, influencer marketing, and production you name it.

About for Better

For Better is our incubator for collaborations that drive social innovation and environmental progress across our capabilities.

It’s our pledge to do better and have a positive impact on society within our business. To provide our clients and employees new opportunities for impact collaboration. To connect with a more diverse impact communities across our supply chain and community of entrepreneurs, NGOs, cultural leaders and academics.

Activating values-aligned employees, clients, and community partners we develop new propositions, new kinds of storytelling, and inspire new ideas of what’s possible through events, talks, and consumer research.

What will you do?

With 10% time dedicated to For Better, our employees are constantly launching new impact ideas. You’ll help connect the dots ensuring projects are properly planned, supported, and communicated both internally and out in the world. From organizing cross-team moments to packaging up standout work as case studies, you’ll help us build visibility, inspire participation, and bring For Better to life across the agency.

You’ll be working closely with:

Derek (Sustainability & Social Impact Lead), Anouk (Head of Brand & Culture), & Wisse (Brand Manager) who report directly to Isabelle (Publicis Groupe NL CEO).

You’ll help with:

• [Events & Activations] Help bring our For Better events to life from cozy inspiration sessions to big activations with clients and community partners;
• [Campaigns for Good] Join in creating campaigns with social enterprises and brands who walk the talk. Help organize, brainstorm, and make ideas happen that push culture forward;
• [Thought Leadership & Editorial] Got a way with words (or visuals)? Help us tell stories that matter. Support our online channels (LinkedIn, blog, newsletter, Instagram, TikTok) with fresh content about sustainability, creativity, and the cool things happening around us;
• [Stakeholder & Relationship Management] Help update and keep key people (and our CEO) in the loop. Maintain contact with our community partners, social enterprises, and creative collaborators;
• [New Business & Partnerships] Curious about how impact meets business? Help research purpose-driven brands, support pitch decks, and explore potential partnerships with sustainability and DEI leads across our clients;
• [PR & Brand Comms] Helping get the For Better story out there in trade press, lifestyle & newsmedia.

Criteria: Who are we looking for?

• Available from February 2026 for at least 5 months;
• Currently enrolled at a university or applied sciences (HBO) program;
• At least third year of your studies, ready for a challenge;
• Creative, hands-on, and full of ideas;
• Curious, enthusiastic, independent, and proactive.
