We are looking for an Invoice Reconciliation Analyst to join our team in Perú.

This role actively supports the reconciliation of advertising campaign invoices, working with clients, agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and minimal discrepancies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with high volumes of data and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support invoice reconciliation processes for low-profile accounts.
• Assist with onshore communication related to investment and vendor coordination.
• Prepare and distribute missing and matched invoice reports.
• Secure and follow up on missing invoices.
• Prepare, distribute, and manage RNO reports using IPS Workflow.
• Prepare RFI templates and support cost audits based on completed RFIs.
• Work directly with vendors to review and revise invoices.
• Send RNO invoices to the Activation team when required.
• Request, update, and track revised or missing invoices from vendors and platforms.
• Clear discrepancies across Network, Estimates, and Status reports.
