MEDIA COMMUNICATIONS PLANNER

What You'll Do:

• Craft Media Strategies: Collaborate with clients to develop innovative media strategies that drive results. Your expertise will shape campaigns that leave a lasting impression.
• Tactical Media Planning: Dive into the nitty-gritty of media planning, ensuring every detail is meticulously executed.
• Engage in Media Tenders & Presentations: Showcase your prowess in media tenders and presentations, building and nurturing partnerships in both English and Hungarian.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work on integrated projects with our creative, client services, and production teams to bring holistic campaigns to life.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with Media Activation Assistants and other Integrated Planners, under the guidance of a supportive Media Director.
• Administrative Excellence: Prepare insightful reports for clients and management, showcasing the impact of your work.

We're looking for you if you have: 

• 2–4 years of experience in integrated media planning: know the world of TV and digital campaign planning
• Exceptional communication skills: for daily client collaborations, client presentations and internal teamwork
• Strong administrative background: especially in preparing clear, insightful reports that showcase campaign performance (Excel is your best friend)
• Time management efficiency: be able to deliver campaigns on time, and prioritize when given multiple projects
• Problem-solving attitude and proactive mindset: you can stay calm under pressure and tackle challenges head-on, and go the extra mile to deliver excellence
• Knowledge of Hungarian on a native or close-to-native level, as well as fluent English language skills 
  
• Team Player Mindset: Strong project management skills and a collaborative spirit to lead and support your team.
