Overview
We are looking for a Media Investment Assistant – this is the first step in a career in a media agency, a place that helps brands effectively reach consumers through planning and buying advertising campaigns across different media channels. Depending on the team you join, you will be working on TV, Radio, Digital, Social or other media campaigns. Sounds interesting?
Responsibilities
Your tasks:
- Work with an Investment Manager to monitor, track and report the productivity commitments across a number of global clients
- Understanding of media fundamentals, media buying metrics, and productivity methodologies.
- Provide support on-going projects and workstreams, including but not limited to the development of tools, and efficiency processes.
- Designing and writing high quality media buying performance reports.
- Sharing buying reports and with key stakeholders, meeting required delivery deadlines.
- Building positive working relationship with Clients, Consultants, and local Offices.
- Pro-actively contributing to the overall value delivery to our clients.
Qualifications
What we expect from you:
- You are a student or graduate and available to work full time.
- You have strong analytical skills — you are comfortable working with numbers and drawing conclusions from data.
- You use Excel confidently (formulas, charts, data filtering).
- You are interested in marketing, media and advertising, and eager to learn new tools and concepts.
- You speak English fluently and can communicate comfortably on a daily basis.
- You are detail-oriented, organised and reliable in your work.
