Lead the Agencies project management team and the Agencies new business function In this role you would focus on improving the process efficiencies of the business and also being the Key person to drive the Agencies new business function
• Demonstrates clear knowledge of Agency offerings, understand our key differentiators and ability to sell them.
• Seen as a go-to person for new business development
• Ability to scout and farm new business opportunities.
• Use industry forums and other events to generate new business opportunities whilst creating a strong professional network
• Packages work, such as case studies and other materials based on input by subject matter experts and senior leaders.
• Ability to develop fee and SOW proposals based on client briefs
• Develop and own the Agency credentials document so that its pitch ready any given moment.
• Proactively identifies/resolves pitch and new business development issues and knows when to push back
• Is highly organized given the range of growth demands; is able to prioritize with minimal support (strong attention to detail & quality)
• Takes command and control of a room
• Is an effective presenter
• Writes cohesive, organized and logical client-ready documents that are appropriate to senior audiences
• Uses effective listening skills to digest, process and guide strategy, identify opportunities, and resolve problems
• Builds relationships with external influencers and prospects and responds effectively to requests
• Drives professional, impactful standards within team for all written and verbal client contact
• Owns the quality and final deliverable of RFIs
• Is viewed as an advisor to senior leaders and pitch team
• Builds relationships with prospect client contacts
• Nurtures relationships with pitch consultants as needed
• Understands and articulates client new business strategy – can steer this with insight when required
• Understands and conveys the competitive/external environment to senior staff as appropriate
• Is a strong team builder, clarifying roles and expectations
• Is recognized across the NB team and extended organization as a key advisor on new business related issues
• Mediate and solve issues to meet client expectations
• Lead client discussions for budget, scope and schedules
• Collaborate with clients by sharing project management and process expertise
• Maintain up-to date resource and project status / information in Project Management tools for effectiveness, data-informed project and resource management and reporting
• Manage and refine overall communication flow
• Assess, prioritize and organize all daily deliverables
• Contribute to senior level meetings
• Escalate issues appropriately and professionally at all times
• Lead an effective discussion, ensuring that it stays on track and leads to a solution, decision and next steps
• Share your project management experience with client
• Deliver info to traffic department and provide feedback to direct reports
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes in order to create efficiencies
• Work closely with managers to develop interdepartmental initiatives
• Provide daily process support and advice to junior staff
• Deliver constructive negative feedback and get positive results across all capabilities
• Collaborate with marketing to develop client-facing materials and presentations
• Keep track on all team’s time-sheet who involved in all the campaigns and report back to Business Director and update client’s procurement and related team.
• Enforce internal Quality Assurance (QA) processes and measure to avoid/minimise duplication of effort and protect agency reputation
• Understand and respect every department’s role in delivering great work and building relationship
• Understanding scopes and fees so that a fee model could be built based on the resource needs.
