Overview

We’re looking for someone who is curious, eager to grow, and passionate about digital media. 
You don’t need a lot of experience—but is important the drive to learn, communicate effectively, 
and pay attention to detail. You'll be central to ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of campaigns on programmatic media platforms. 

 

LANGUAGE LEVEL:

  • English B2+ Upper Intermediate.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business, or any relevant field.

 

YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:

  • 6 months – 1 year  of experience.

Responsibilities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Setup programmatic campaigns, within each required platform, following agency and 
    advertiser guidelines.
  • Co-Participate in weekly status calls
  • Monitoring the health of your campaigns, ongoing optimization efforts to meet 
    campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, website 
    conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the 
    client's objectives.
  • Ensuring the quality of deliverables and campaign set up within the platforms.
  • Proactively makes suggestions and troubleshoots issues.
  • Maintain daily communication with the client’s campaign managers.
  • Report any issues that can spark within the operation promptly.
  • Assist to Digital media training sessions and complete the required certification and 
    updates
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and regularly communicate them to client.
  • Help develop documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies 
    within the team and the group.
  • Generate powerful insights that add value to campaign performance and focus on 
    better results.

 


Qualifications

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Must-Have: 

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in paid media (Implementing and optimizing paid media campaigns)
  • trong knowledge of at least one paid media platform while showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape (Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search), trafficking, DV360, etc)
  • Attention to detail skills.
  • Reporting experience.
  • Digital Media Buying Fundamentals (Knowledge of media buying cost structures like CPM, CPC, and CPA)
  • Intermediate Excel Knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Interest in digital media and advertising.
  • Strong communication skills.

 


Additional information

Nice to Have (Not Required): 

 

- Strong knowledge in one/two of the following fields:

  • Media planning
  • Media Buying
  • Bidding Management Tools

 

- Interest in learning digital tools, such as:

  • DV360
  • Amazon DSP
  • TTD
  • Yahoo Ad
