We are looking for an experienced producer, someone colleagues and clients can rely thanks to problem-solving capabilities, especially when under pressure.

As a producer you should be able to filter and translate creative team needs into creative production solutions, capable to assemble, motivate and manage high-performing teams.

You will be responsible for leading and overseeing a diverse range of productions, ensuring their seamless execution while cultivating the capabilities of the broader production team.

Your goal is to raise the bar for quality, innovation, and efficiency across the department, while acting as a trusted partner to the Head of Production.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and produce large-scale, complex productions and campaigns
• Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on set and throughout the production cycle
• Source and contract crew and locations, negotiating competitive rates and maintaining strong supplier relationships
• Develop post-production strategies and oversee delivery timelines and milestones
• Conduct internal and external production evaluations, with detailed wrap reports to the HoP
• Act as the first line of consultation on budgets and quotation frameworks, advising HoP on strategic financial decisions
• Represent the production department in cross-functional discussions to optimize workflows and collaboration models
• Regularly consult with HoP to guide departmental development
• Champion improvements in workflow systems, templates, and operational efficiencies to enhance scalability and profitability
• Take initiative in identifying market opportunities, production trends, and innovative techniques that add value
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the client's brand DNA

• Play an active role in recruitment and onboarding for new producers
• Set team-wide development goals and individual growth plans

Profile & Qualifications

• A seasoned production company producer (at least 8 years experience)
• Availability to travel abroad for shooting and check-in with HoP in Milan
• Highly adaptable, organized, and calm under pressure
• Strong communicator, fluent in both Dutch and English
• Proactive, approachable, and collaborative by nature
• Hands-on knowledge of both traditional and digital production environments
• Valid driver’s license.

This role will be based in Amsterdam. You are required to work from the LePub office at least 3 days a week.
