The Producer, L2 oversees and coordinates various aspects of the digital production process, ensuring smooth operations and efficient output. With a primary objective of optimizing production timelines and quality, they contribute significantly to the organization's success by ensuring the timely delivery of products while adhering to the highest Agency standards. Their expertise in identifying areas for improvement, implementing cost-effective measures, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement leads to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved customer satisfaction. Through their leadership and strategic decision-making, the Producer, L2 positively impacts the organization by driving operational excellence, maximizing profitability, and maintaining a competitive edge in the market.

• Identify project’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee projects from offline to online delivery for various production types and deliverables, ensuring quality control.
• Work with project team and Craft Leads to translate project vision into requirements and solution design.
• Aid in developing and organizing support materials for production team and client meetings.
• Interact with other departments to meet agency and client needs.
• Manage delivery of final assets to trafficking partners.
• Analyze and ensure best practices.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles threatening project viability within the organization.
• Relay timely updates to managers, client contacts, and impacted team members.
• Allocate and organize internal resources for successful project completion.
• Track Digital Studio resources based on availability and skill sets.
• Lead weekly account team status meetings and participate in daily status meetings with other teams to assess resource availability.
• Handle bidding, scheduling, and billing of projects.
• Assist with production support, research, organization, and reporting.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proficient in Overseeing the production workflow process and solving conflicts as they arise.
• Keeping a pulse on emerging digital production technologies
• Familiar with Supporting internal teams and partners in delivering solutions, insights, and recommendations.
• Familiar with developing direct reports through thoughtful, timely performance reviews and development plans.
• Experience in Reviewing the team’s work and providing directions to elevate the quality and ensure deliverables match the original request.
• Proficient in evolving the creative practice and bringing in outside inspiration whenever possible.
• Experience in Managing your time efficiently to balance multiple simultaneous projects.

• Advanced English Level (B2 minimum)
• Bachelor's degree (Advertising, Graphic Design, or equivalent preferred) and training in creative software tools such as Adobe CC. or technical degree certification in a similar field.
• 5 years of experience supporting digital and non-digital projects involving current and merging front-end technologies (including online advertising [OLA] and websites), and 1 to 3 years of experience managing technical or creative teams (preferably at a creative/digital agency).
• Ability to accurately assess team/resource availability and match skill sets for projects.
• Strong understanding of business and technical processes to enable smart technology solutions.
• Proficient with breaking down more tremendous efforts into digestible tasks for other team members.
