Overview

PRODUCTION ADMIN INTERN

We are looking for a highly motivated Production Admin Intern to support our production and post-production teams. This role offers hands-on exposure to production workflows, project coordination, and administrative processes within a fast-paced, global creative environment. You’ll work closely with producers and creative teams, helping ensure smooth project delivery while gaining practical industry experience.

 

What you’ll do

  • Assist production and post-production teams with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and asset tracking
  • Support preparation and organization of project files, production schedules, and versioning logs
  • Coordinate internal resources and communicate updates to team members to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain project documentation, including SOWs, timelines, and delivery checklists
  • Provide general administrative support such as meeting coordination, note-taking, and reporting
  • Aid in basic budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice preparation under supervision
  • Help maintain organized digital and physical production archives
  • Track project progress and flag potential delays or issues to Production Leads and Producers
  • Support versioning, localization, and asset handovers for ongoing projects
  • Work closely with production teams to learn workflows, tools, and client-required platforms
  • Assist with training materials or knowledge-sharing initiatives as required

What we are looking for

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of production processes, digital media, or post-production workflows is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and familiarity with project management tools
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
  • Advanced fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
