Overview
Publicis Sapient Australia is expanding our Program Management and Agile Delivery practice to support enterprise-level transformation programs across multiple industries for our clients. This is an opportunity for experienced leaders, especially those with Agile delivery expertise, to shape governance, uplift delivery maturity, and drive strategic outcomes. If you have a background in technology consulting, Agile transformation, or enterprise program delivery, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Program Managers
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Support project managers with tools, templates, and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor project performance and escalate risks or issues proactively.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and maintain transparency across delivery streams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program management function.
Senior Program Managers
- Lead portfolio governance and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Manage multiple programs and projects, optimising delivery frameworks and processes.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Establish and embed standards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Coach and mentor Managers and project teams to uplift delivery maturity.
Program Management Directors
- Define and execute program management strategy at an enterprise level.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on portfolio prioritisation and investment decisions.
- Drive organisational change through robust governance and delivery excellence.
- Oversee large-scale transformation programs and manage cross-functional dependencies.
- Build and lead a high-performing PMO team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
Qualifications
- Proven demonstrated experience in Program management leadership roles (Manager, Senior Manager, Director) within consulting environment,
- Strong expertise in governance, portfolio management, and program delivery.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to lead in fast-paced, multi-client environments.
- Experience in financial services, technology, retail or large-scale transformation projects (preferred).
