We are looking for Project Manager to work in our Language Services department. This is a client-facing role, and you will be part of a team focusing on providing high-quality translation and transcreation projects, owning day-to-day language project management, ensuring client retention and satisfaction, managing project costs and meeting company margin targets.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, quality assurance, and client relationship management:

• Managing translation and transcreation projects briefed internally or directly by the client (assessing requirements, querying, collecting reference material, planning, quoting and scheduling)
• Sourcing and negotiating with in-market transcreators, translators, writers, and other suppliers, evaluating and monitoring their work, whilst ensuring meeting company margin targets.
• Completing admin tasks, including reconciliation of costs, in a timely manner.
• Preparation of files for translation or copy decks for transcreation, including creation of briefs.
• Working with different CAT tools and project management platforms.
• Ensuring the delivered copy follows internal quality procedures.
• Building up and demonstrating clear understanding of our end client’s brands.
• Maintaining glossaries and playbooks to ensure consistency across campaigns and projects.
• Managing the copy review/approval process with agency or client, building strong client and stakeholder relationship along the way.
• Supporting other teams on other language services projects.

• Strong oral and written English skills, knowledge of a foreign language is a plus
• Educated to degree level
• Excellent computer literacy
• Documented project management experience in advertising production services with a specific focus on language projects’ needs or in language industry
• Client facing experience
• An excellent team player working very closely with internal stakeholder to coordinate multi-media needs across production services and ensure consistency across.
• Pro-active, detail oriented, highly organised, able to work to tight deadlines and calm under pressure
• Strong business acumen and negotiating skills
• Previous use of CAT tools or other industry-specific applications is a plus
