• Monitors the project workload of the teams.  

• Analyzes the demand for resources.  

• Plans project work at the creative and design departments – defines priorities, allocates duties, sets deadlines.  

• Coordinates the work of creative teams.  

• Cooperates with all teams and other departments (Client Service, Project Management).  

• Monitors the schedules and progress of the planned activities.  

• Solves routine project issues.  

• Supports routine communication between the teams.  

• Prepares short-term and long-term action plans.  

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in the creative or digital industry.  

• Knowledge of creative processes, digital production and/or video post-production.  

• Basic knowledge of 360° marketing activities.  

• Experience with managing production projects (concept / design / e-commerce design / copywriting / motion design / UX).  

• Ability to build project teams.  

• Highly developed analytical skills.  

• Knowledge of the methodology and tools for project management (e.g., Agile, Jira, Toggl).  

• Ability to plan and organize the work of the team.  

• Initiative and independence in action.  

• Fluent command of English.
